The caller might or might not disclose identity and pretend to be an Indian official communicating in English and Hindi language. The offender tries to trap students saying that the student has given wrong or inadequate information on the passport or immigration records because of which a case is registered in the Police Department in India or in Germany. The person guarantees that the case will be taken aback if the fine is paid or else a penalty should be levied thus asking for money transfer through the Western Union.
