The offender tries to trap students saying that the student has given wrong or inadequate information on the passport or immigration records because of which a case is registered in the Police Department in India or in Germany. The person guarantees that the case will be taken aback if the fine is paid or else a penalty should be levied thus asking for money transfer through the Western Union.
